The Tillers at the Metamora Grist Mill

Saturday, August 15  from 1 to 4 PM

The Tillers play a mix of folk, labor, and protest songs from the thirties through today; as well as some work of their own.  This fun threesome first appeared as a group in public at the Metamora Old Time Music Festival in 2007.  They were recently interviewed by Tom Brokaw for his US 50 Documentary, and a segment from this should be airing sometime this summer on USA network on American Character Along Highway 50. Since they can't make it to the Music Festival on Labor Day, we are bringing them to town in mid-August.  Metamora's own Baggy Bottom Boys will open from noon to 1 PM.
